Devious Devices Hidden Devices Option Glitch

Soo... I have been using MO2 for a couple of months by now and so far I have managed to fix 90% of my problems by searching them up trough here or nexus. However I came up with this glitch in particular that basically doesn't allow me to disable hidden option on devious devices because, it completely glitches out the hidden devices menu. I have the newest version of DD installed and I also got DD NG and DDe overwriting it. I also followed the instructions on the sites for all of the above and issue still persists. I also tried a new game/save and it's still bugged. If anyone knows how to resolve this issue please help me this was my last resort.
