The same Microsoft docket showing the Oblivion Remaster also mentioned FO3 apparently. Now that we know the docket is for real albeit with different timing and FO4 sales had surged from the TV series so naturally a Remaster will happen. The only question is when and whether its FO3 or NV. The original docket says FO3 but season 2 of the TV series is NV.

Time has answered the question: neither. A FO3 or NV remaster is on the list of "I'll believe it when I see it." Along with TES VI and FO5.
