Flag rapists as combat enemies?

I'm not sure if I phrased this appropriately, but is there a mod in existence that makes it so that people who are raping the PC (I'm using Deviously Cursed Loot, but any other mod will work) into enemies in the sense that your follower will attack them or you can fight them without incurring a bounty? Bonus points if they return to civilian status once the animation is over, which would make your followers have to be the ones to save you.
