One of my mods is disabling fast travel, but I can't figure out which

Basically the title. I can't fast travel at any point in the game. Doesn't matter if I'm restrained, not, what quests I have going, etc. I have a couple different mods that have options to disable fast travel, but as far as I can find, they are all disabled. If anything pops out, I'd appreciate the help! ❤️

Search through all pex scripts in all mods for "EnableFastTravel". The mods you find have the capability to disable it, use this as your list of suspects. A tool such as Notepad++ can do this search easily, as long as the script responsible is not in a packed BSA. I've also made a tool specifically for searching for strings in Skyrim. It can handle packed BSA archives. My tool is available on request.

Maybe you have survival mode enabled? Fast travel is disabled in survival mode.

If anyone comes across this later due to having the same issue or anything, it ended up that Deviously Cursed Loot was disabling my fast travel due to the Chloe quest. Installing Ultimate Fast Travel should solve it, but I have yet to make sure it works.
