ww nude workout issue

One of my Sims (literally only one of them!) gets nude for workouts recently. I've tested her outfits — they all seem to be working fine when I select "Change Outfit," but for whatever reason whenever I have her do a workout — whether its using equipment or even just going for a jog with her dog — she switches to nude. Even if she was already in an athletic outfit. I've tried adjusting the Sims Tuner personalization and I've tried ww.fix_sim_nude_outfit — but nothing seems to be working. Anyone else having this issue, and if so, were you able to fix it?

In the nudity settings there's options to decide when Sims should get nude. One of them is for nude workouts, and by default Sims will "sometimes" get nude to workout. Turn that setting off and that Sim will likely stop.
