The mod isn't fully finished yet because the focal distortion correction isn't being applied to her body, causing her neck and fans to look detached in some animation.

To be fair, there's been two open betas with Mai in both of em. People have had their hands on her for a while now.

FrancisLouis admitted on discord that he has already done all of them (and by all of them I am going to assume only the females). They just need slight polishing.

I wish FrancisLouis' patrons demanded more of him so that he wouldn't just use the same nipple texture on every one of his mods.

 

Edit: To clarify, other modders do this, too, like DrSlump, but at least in Slump's case he's just modding the same three RE games over and over again. FrancisLouis mods pretty much everything, but they all look the same and never match up with the game's art style like other modders that put more time into their mods tend to do.
