Devious Device for male

 I attempted to apply the equipment of the DD device (rope-bound type) to male characters, but there was a problem where the equipment disappeared and the characters became invisible. This was obviously because those equipment were not suitable for male characters. 

 

There are tutorials online that can use BS to change the clothing of female characters to be suitable for men. I would like to ask you if this method is feasible? Then, I found out that actually there used to be a mod called "DD for male" on Sexlab, but it was later integrated into DD SE3.5. I wonder if all versions of DD after 3.5 can be applicable to men?
