Face Morphs (HPH/EFA-F) disfigured after SL Scene - FIXED!

I recently installed some new follower mods & High-Poly Head SE w/ Expressive Facegen Morphs (yes i installed the patch EFF patch for HPH).

When I load into the game everything looks great, but immediately upon entering a SL scene faces will become disfured (see 2nd image). I can see the texture is still there (in pieces), and there are what look like triangles/verticies jutting out like spikes - Does anyone happen to know what could be causing this? I've been looking into my load-order and other mods but i don't think i have anything overwritting the HPH or EFA-F files for the face mesh/skelteton.

Update:
Well i tried moving things around and had no luck - just out of fun i tried loadin gin SKSE64 instead of STR and the issue isn't present, which is leaning me to think it is an engine bug (fixed by the engine fixes in SKSE64 that isn't a part of STR), does anyone know what engine fix that might have been? it's possible i can find a standalone patch but this is baffling me, RIP the wife's dreams of sexrim together?

Fixed!
If you play on Skyrim Together Reborn, this seems to be fixed in the latest dev/test released - 1.7.1.13+ (With JContainers 4.2.14+ or 4.2.13 w/ 2GB+ Patch)
If you're running into this, or any other issue with head/body textures/meshes going missing mid-game, go to the Skyrim Together Reborn page, hop into their discord, and check for the latest dev release (asuming they haven't released a public merged fix for this yet in a new release by the time you read this).
