Body hair showing up when undressing or initiating sex

As the title says, body hair randomly shows up on my female sims' torso and back when they undress or engage in sex. This does not happen when they shower. This has never happened before to me. What should I do?

Happened to me as well, it won't appear in the shower or during Naturism but will happen during sex and will continuously change colors when changing to different animations.

 

Any chance you have Noir's Werewolf body mod? I added that to my folder and can consistently recreate the issue by adding and removing the "Hair" folder from that mod so I just deleted it.
