[Request] Pathfinding Fix

So it's no secret the pathfinding in Fallout 4 is bollocks, with settlers frequently walking into walls and fences.  I've noticed this is particularly bad in the Slog, with the settlers walking into the perimeter fence around the crops.  

I've searched around but the only promising lead I had was to a deleted mod.
