Companion Shopping

Either looking for a mod that does the following, or looking for someone interested in working on it. 

1) Companions loot what the player leaves behind. Possibly with a cloak effect so the NPC doesn't have to visit each body/container
2) In Settlements, Companions will first dump all Junk in their inventory into the Workbench, then see a vendor to sell remaining items (with some rules) 
3) Companions should give a portion of the caps they earn from selling to the player (50/50 split). 
4) Companions will buy stimpacks or any weapons / armor upgrades suited to their in game preference. 

I'm 95% sure this doesn't exist anywhere, but if someone is willing to collaborate and make it happen... I think it would be great for immersion and/or people who play with companions.

for items 1-4, NPCs will already give you full access to their inventory to take whatever you want (even their ammo, which they don't need). Some NPCs, like Ada, will even give you random junk to keep. A 3rd party follower from a mod, Mary Jane, will come with a free settlement that comes with free drugs and even a bonus stripper.

 

If you're looking for NPCs to loot and dump stuff for you, there aren't any afaik. A good consolation prize would be to keep around some slaves you capture a la Human Resources to use as mules while you go around and hunt loot. Just be sure to have them wait in a safe place while you kill and loot so some random bug doesn't gank them while you're not looking.
