what it says on the tin. this is a quick and dirty frankenmesh between the AF and AM bottoms from jvsmith's enhanced body , credit goes to him for those edits!

keep in mind that at the time of writing, neither oniki's kinkyworld or passion have any functionality for men with vaginas. sims will still ejaculate, be able to impregnate, use urinals, default to penis-using animations, etc as if they had a penis.

just turn off animation gender restriction and suspend your disbelief a little bit

 

though the package includes tuning for the OKW body selector, i couldn't get it to work at all. instead, your best bet is to use a mod like xcas to set this as your sim's nude outfit bottom. i experienced crashes trying to edit male sim's nude outfits in cas via nraas AFTER okw had been enabled, but 'stylist' mode worked fine. could be an unrelated mod conflict, but tread with caution anyways.

 

depending on your skin, and also might run into seaming on the crotch, sorry.
