Honey Select - Why Do the Eyes Look Like This?

I'm pretty sure I have all the right things installed as it's only the character models from this specific creator that have the weird eyes. Cammy for example at the end of this post looks normal.

 

 

The eyes for Tamaki and Nagisa don't look as intended. I asked on Reddit and someone brought up Wideslider but I do have that installed in my folder and I dragged the Honey_Select_64.exe over top of the IPA and this is still happening.
