DD objects not functioning as expected. Sometimes visually equipped but no functionality

Hi,

 

I made sure to check I have all the prerequisites for the mods installed for Devious Devices. I installed a few DD related mods to actually use the assets (like DD Cursed Loot, Devious Helpless, Devious Devices - Equip) but the only mod I've found is actually able to make the devices work as intended in Prisoner Overhaul. Only during the actions of prisoner overhaul do the devices function as expected. Outside of that system if I try to equip, or if an NPC/trap tries to place it on me, it doesn't actually do anything (the item is not even equipped on character). If I try to equip the item, it visually appears on but provides no functionality. I spoilered my mods loaded, followed by my plugins load order and attached a papyrus log of trying to use one of the DD items (at 04/05/2025 - 02:37:34PM)
