ok, for the rape stuff i would recomend defeat or submit (currently using this one) for rap during combat, and dangeous nights for rape chance while sleeping (I recomend finding a mod wich "forces " you to sleep, take a look a nexus and see what suit your needs), andin the future hopefully, it'll add many other nice features planned for it

i never used estruss for skyrim, so i don't know if it conflicts, but since there's a chaurus version for it i don't think there's any problem

for consensual sex there's matchamker and some prostitution mods like working girl or  radiant prostitution, and the Player Prostituion and Slavery mod, wich has potential, but for the moment i wouldn't use it yet

i like Sanguine's Debauchery as well, but it's buggy for the momment so i would wait for the SD2 (or use SD+, it's better, but stills kinda buggy), but if you want to use, make sure to do not use Submit or Defeat they conflict

pregnancy i used once the Hentai pregnancy, but i didn't really like pregnancy mods so take a look and it if it fits your taste

and for the last i highly recomend the devious devices stuff (assets, integration, captured dreams shop and devious regulations (haven't patience to test it yet, i hate the civil war questline)

so this is it, take a look at these mods and use what you like

Actually I use SD with Defeat, and with the right tweaking, they don't really conflict. Of course, if you have both running at 20% health treshold, that's another story, but use defeat with only the exhaustion trigger, and both will trigger when they need to

I'd suggest for prostitution TDF + radiant prostitution with the new fixes,

SD+ and Submit for combat/rape and slavery,

all devious devices mods expect for the masses, very nice is the DD-submit addon,

and for quests Angrimms Apprentice and SkyrimLL's nice mods.

Finally sexlab aroused, lovers victim, lovers comfort and dangerous nights.

 

And for the occasional special fun puppet master, hentai creatures and enchantress.

 

There are slight conflicts every now and then, but overall it works well enough imho.

 

Very interesting mods to watch for the future are APPS, STDs, and Defeat.

Between Defeat and Submit there is always a bit of a race (unintentional of course) imho, Defeat has been the first one with creature rape, now Submit has this nice escape system which gets even better with the DD-Addon.

 

Especially losing is currently extremely fun with Sexlab and has already quite some variation, worst case you get enslaved via SD+, best case you only get raped by creatures.

And if you look at all the WiP-Mods, 2014 will be a dream for submission/defeat/combat rape/slavery lovers even if only half or 1/3 of those mods get to a playable state

Currently should be Submit, because Defeat was last updated 2 months ago, back then Sexlab Framework was version 1.24, now we have 1.35. So there might be some framework issues.

I have used both Defeat and Submit with SL 1.3+ (up to 1.35 so far) and both seem to work pretty well and reliablly.

 

You can use both together also, if you do MCM settings the right way.

Both have a lot of neat, and different from each other, features, depending on what sort of stuff you want to be able to do.

Defeat is not, really, a "death alternative" mod, as Submit and SD are, which is a consideration for some.

You might just want to try them both and see which you like best.

 

All of the mods listed so far are good ones. I'd add, for consent-based stuff, Romance; for fun in vanilla quests, Solutions.
