Male Custom skin Question

Hello i have a Odd problem , i am trying to get Male Custom Skin's to show up in looks menu , there is a preset list i can choose for Females but when i try it for the male MC or NPC there is nothing too chose , even when i try to just install a base mod it will effect every npc but it will not save it the look menu preset list
