1 SLM Looksmenu when customizing body section character gets stuck 2 ENB shiny skin?

Fresh modded fallout 4 so a lot of new problems (Pre gen, Looksmenu 1-6-18)

 

1 Can't move at all after accessing the [body] section (where you change the custom skin). if I use draw weapon (R2) I get stuck in infinite falling into ground glitch. 

 

The only solution so far seems to be entering workshop mode but I would like to know the cause or how to prevent it. 

 

2 Can anyone tell me if this is caused by ENB or something else?

3 I disabled default ENB for now because it's causing my day time to be super dark
