Blood on CBBE Skin Not Showing Correctly

Hey all, Im having an issue where the blood on my character looks like this:

 

 

I think it has to do with the skin texture resolution on CBBE and the default blood texture not matching. Im using Silky Smooth skin from nexus https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/6940

 

Any ideas to fix this?

I believe the reason that issue occurs is because of the clothes/armour you have equipped. This nexus thread offers a solution.

Ok the thread you pointed to was right. 

 

Here's what steps that needs to be done to fix this: 

 

Load up the corresponding OSP file in Outfit Studio.
Right click the REFERENCE BODY (the green shape in the list) and go to Properties.
Click the GEOMETRY tab and UNTICK the FULL PRECISION checkbox.
SAVE your OSP.
Open Bodyslide and rebuild the heels

 

Also, on Nora's secrets page, there is a patch that is supposed to fix this. I tried it out but it didn't work out for me. 

 

Upon further inspection, it's not just Nora's Secrets that have that property. Some vtaw outfits and others(like DX) have the same issue.

It's not like all of them in a certain mod have them, like for example all of the slot 32s in vtaw's wardrobe 8. 

 

No, even within wardrobe 8 some have it and some don't. 

 

As for fixing it, I don't see any other way than manually opening each one and changing it.

Edit: forgot to say that you HAVE to rebuild the outfits after unticking the box.

Update: Now there is no blood appearing at all.

 

It worked fine for a short while but now nothing appears when I take damage.

 

Can anyone help?
