Do you mean the clubs from get together? If so, I don’t know if “woohoo” is an option but with wicked whims “have sex” and “have sex (swinging)” are the options

You may have different versions of wicked whims, or you may be thinking of a different mod. I don't personally remember a woohoo club option. You can choose the hypersexual lot trait for the kind of venue you want, though.
