What mods do you have installed? Did you check their descriptions for version and known incompatibilities?

When I asked what mods you have installed I was asking for a list of mods to be posted so anyone looking who may know immediately if one of them is wildly outdated or has had the errors shown would be able to tell you. Errors aren't specifically tied to each mod, so while a shot of the error is helpful, knowing which mods you have installed is also required. As for checking the description, I was asking if you read the description of the mods on their pages before downloading and installing to see if incompatibilities with other mods or game version requirements were listed. That's a frequent source of woes.

That's a lot of mods, some I haven't heard of. I can tell you right now there's a decent chance a few aren't vibing with the current game version. I play with a lot of those bar girls myself and haven't seen that error. was it one time or is it consistent? Same question for the second error. Have you tested your game without the secretary mods? Do the errors stop you from playing? Like locking you out of advancing?
