Cannot change lot venue or save lot builds bug

Lots reset to their original venue type and build. Similar to the groundhog day bug. 

 

For example: I place a Cafe on a previously residential lot. I exit the lot, enter a different lot, then exit to manage world again, the Cafe is reverted back to Residential lot. The cafe build is even gone. Happens to every lot. Bar, Vacation Rentals, Rec. Center, etc. 

 

I did the 50/50 method and narrowed it down to WW. I am sure of it. 

 

Reporting the bug here. Maybe other people have experienced it.
