Looking for mods that really make you care more for your character, to do everything they can to avoid getting raped.

Maybe don't install rape mods if you want them to avoid getting raped that much? That's what I do.

In fact, the request, is devoid of logical sense. To seek mods from rape and then , wanting to prevent that from happening.

I'd start with more realistic voices. "More Realistic Rape Sounds" aren't perfect, but they're better than the  moans from the original Sexlab.

I don't know if it makes you "care" more, lol, but here you go. Also look for “wear and tear,” that’s a good one too.

You just need Apropos 2 mentioned above.  It will apply abuse overlays to yourself and NPCs to indicate damage (bruises, tears, running mascera, etc).  It also has the option for the abuse to have serious debuffs.  And it has message texts of the rape as it occurs if you like.

 

Then there is Sexlab triggers which can set up additional conditions that occur after a rape.  I used it to play the crying animation after sex so female NPCs don't just walk away as if nothing happened.  But you can use it to set up triggers to cause additional debuffs or other animations or any of a variety of things.
