Mods with MCMs not showing up in MCM

Hi am new to molding Skyrim AE and I am having an issue where some of the mods that have MCM are not loading but other are and I cant figure out why and was hoping for some suggestions on what might be causing this and how to fix it. I am using MO2 for my mod organizer. Let me know if there is any other information you may need form me.

@traison I have Papyrus installed but I don't know how to access it log where would I need to go to find that information

Google. Literally the first result for "skyrim papyrus log".

 

Just ignore the bit about it being a crash log, it has nothing to do with it.

@traison Thank you I did find the guide as well after your first post but was unsure if it was right because of the bit about it being a crash log but I now have the log and have attached it to this post but I am not sure what I am see It looks like it might me ID issue but I have the newest All in one Address Library (Anniversary Edition) but I could have missed some thing in the log. if anyone can help I would greatly apricate it.

I think you broke the record with your 23,000 errors about missing properties and scripts. A broken MCM menu is the least of your worries. Might as well reinstall the game and all mods at this point tbh.
