Does someone have or knows about a 'complete' file of this mod?

So I tried this mod, whitch replaces the priest npc in the 'House of horrors' quest, but I have noticed it kinda incomplete.
The file provided lacks the .dds for the armor so it just sshows up purple.
In the animations section in the mod there are 4 folders however 2 are empty, and the game doesnt recognize the other two either, making the npc only stand weirdly.
In the page also says about someone else doing a voiced version but I wasnt able to find anything.

I managed to find the clothes textures and proly fixed the animations too.
I haven't managed to find any voice files though.
