The player can't have sex

This is a bizarre one, but no matter what mod I use to trigger sex for the player, nothing happens. Sexual Assault, Sexout rapist, Sexual Innuendo, Sleeping/Necro, none of them trigger sex.

 

But the bizarre thing is that sex is still in the game - triggering it with NPCs is very easy. I've tried to attach an image. When I try to use the SCR, no animations play but the screen does shake and the game notes I've put in a vibrator

 

Any idea what's causing this?
