Holli Would outfit from 1992 Cool World

I know vtaw has something close to the body outfit, but Where can I find a choker like this? As for the rest, I can piece together white stockings with an overlay and dickys pinup high heels.

Devious Devices certainly has a number of collars, including several white ones

 

although I'm using an older version, here are the ones I see available in the RESTRAINTS WORKBENCH

the white collars are: White Latex, Institute, White Leather

 

trying to put them on allied NPCs is weird, sometimes it works but most of the time it doesn't - but again, I'm using an older version
