i like the idea of nuka cola porn billboards but looks to  modern for my taste, i like to use or give a vintage effect.  i did this one the other day, to put in my settlements.

I thought about using a filter but honestly since it's for personal use I said fuck it. Immersion goes out the window. I was disappointed with other replacement mods so I thought I'd make my own.  I love your pics
