If you have a default foot replacement, that might cause it somehow though idk exactly how. If you use Tray Importer to look at an affected ghost you can see what mods and CC are impacting them and it might offer a clue, too.

Also all of sims feet are visible, it's just that only ghost feet seems to be affected. Edited March 16, 2025 by MelonLorđť“
