male sim not undressing properly

so my male sim will not undress under any circumstance. i've fixed his sliders, i made sure he had no layered tattoos and downloaded the new ww update and he still won't undress. i even used the ww command that's meant to reset their nude outfit (ww.fix_sim_nude_outfit). i've looked through posts with problems similar to mine and i'm thinking i'm going to have to disable the new pack in the sims 4 mod manager but before i do that, does anyone have any suggestions on what i could do? any help is appreciated, thank you!

Did you delete your localthumbcache.package file? If not, try that.
