Give Male Sims Breasts Only When Nude

Is there a way to make a male sim have breasts but only when they are nude? I'm trying to make an intersex sim who would logically wear binders under his shirts but not wear while nude. I have tried the cheat where you can give your sim breasts but I'd prefer them to be WW's breasts instead of the game's default.

 

I believe in the past, I just made the sim female but this is a male gender sim, not a female gender sim, and I don't think WW worked with the pronouns.
