Hii, sorry for the late reply. Only way i know of extracting just the images require The sims 4 Studio, but you will also need the sims 4 installed for it to work  if you still want them, i can zip them in a drive and send you the link.

No, they're an object you can get on build buy for decor only. I am currently working on this mod to replace the ones from the easel if that's what you're looking for
