What's your go-to routine after the sewers?

I'm trying to mix things up a bit, my usual routine is to kill the bandits at vilverin, then go to either Weynon priory or the market district, then do the usual assistance chest from jauffre, go to kvatch and close the gate, I usually start to play "freely" after leaving martin at cloud ruler temple, cause I usually close the gates in Speedrun to get the sigil stones, so I was wondering what's your approach to try something different this time around.
