There is a way to remove/clone a body frame?

Hello community, i'm looking a way to replace the aspect of females with masculine body frames with females with aspect of feminine body frames, or rather, make sure that by selecting masculine body frame on a female sim the frames is equal at feminine body frame. 

 

 

With precision, i would like to make the female sims with masculine body frames look like females with feminine body frames, hope i have explained myself xD

It's possible this?
 

I know that with S4CL is possible to copy a female head onto a male body and vice versa, but is possible with body parts?

Unfortunately I don't have any solution, but I'm wondering why you don't just give them all the feminine frame, if you want them to look that way anyway?

But trans people can look any kind of way. I'm a trans man, I use the masculine frame because that's how I look lol. If the issue is the genitals, you can find penises and vaginas for both frames – Simdulgence has plenty.

Yes i know, but i want a look feminine but with some difference. I had archieved my objective playing removing the 'restrict opposite gender' on a clothes cc with S4Studio, but i should do this on every clothes and it would be a bit of a long process. The ideal would be an override that would make every clothes compatible for opposite gender and frames, but i don't know if it exist.
