Mod Request / Location - Magic Spells affecting Breasts / Butt / Penis sizes

Hello All,

Im looking for either a link to a mod or if its possible to create a mod that affects the sizes of Breasts, Butts, and/or Penis'.

Something like a spell for a sim to cast either on themselves or others that affects these body parts either by another sims request or as a prank.
