Noob "armor" help (glans nipples)

As the title implies, I'm wondering how to go about making an equippable piece of armor/clothing that is basically the glans mesh of the Bad Dog TRX cock cage for futanari, but doubled, mirrored, and properly attached or rigged or whatever to be positioned over each nipple of my character's breasts, properly moving with the nipples as affected by HDT physics and bodyslide placement.  I've done my fair share of kitbashing and adjusting meshes with bodyslide, but am totally clueless as to how to go about this, and I've never messed with bones or weighting or anything like that.  I've exported the glans itself to a nif after removing its reference (it's no longer green in the meshes window of bodyslide), but I have no idea how to proceed.  Any help would be appreciated, and thanks in advance; I am a total novice and if I'm using terms incorrectly or am unclear, and especially if this is in the wrong subforum, please let me know.  I am running the latest version of skyrim special edition AE, if that is necessary info.

Neither Outfit Studio nor NifSkope are 3D editing programs. Something like this should be done in Blender (or equivalent).
