Bloomsfeet model peeptoe flats (to replace the shoes of Deborah De Robertis) [Request]

Hi guys,

 

So I am trying not to deviate from the original look that Deborah De Robertis has, but for her everyday outfit, I see that she is wearing some peep toe flats, but the toes are EA default design model.

I am hoping to keep roughly the flats design but I would like to have something like bloomsfeet model toes or something; where the shape of the individual toes are modeled. 

 

 

Does anyone have a recommendation that they know of that's out there? If not, can anyone help design one (with colored toenails that can be added or removed)?
