Hey, everyone! How’s it going?

 

Family is everything. You’ve probably heard that phrase—or some variation of it—before. But for the Xavier brothers, it’s one of life’s biggest truths.

 

Born and raised in the suburbs of Willow Creek, Liam, Gavin, and Nathan Xavier are three tight-knit, hardworking brothers. Their mother, Rosa Xavier, had the two oldest when she was just 18, from a college relationship. The youngest, Nathan, was the result of a whirlwind romance in the lively nightlife of Windenburg.

From a young age, the Xavier brothers learned that life wouldn’t be easy. The eldest, Liam, started working early as a mechanic’s assistant. By the age of 16, he was already getting his hands greasy, fixing up cars for the wealthy elite in San Myshuno. When their mother fell ill and could no longer work, Liam became the man of the house at just 18, practically taking on the role of a father to his two younger brothers.

 

He had to grow up fast, taking on responsibilities far beyond his years. He never went to college, but life became his greatest teacher. Now, at 25, Liam is finally trying to reclaim a bit of the adolescence he never had. He spends his free time at the gym, working hard, and perfecting his most valuable asset—his own body.

 

But don’t be fooled by his size or the raw masculinity he exudes—Liam is all heart. Beneath the tough exterior, he’s incredibly affectionate and sentimental. He’s gay, but for years, he kept it a secret from his family and friends. The truth is, with so many responsibilities, he spent most of his life watching others fall in love before he ever got the chance to explore his own emotions. This left him emotionally insecure and easily swept up in romantic illusions, now living out the kind of crushes and infatuations he never had before.

 

Gavin Xavier

 

 

 

Born as Gwen Margarett Xavier, Gavin always felt different. He knew the body he was born in didn’t reflect his true self. Smart, independent, and determined, he took control of his own destiny and started his gender transition on his own terms.

 

That’s how Gwen became Gavin, the middle child of Rosa Xavier—the most confident and sharp-witted of the three brothers. Thanks to Liam’s sacrifices, Gavin was able to finish his studies and graduate from medical school, ranking third in his class—one of his mother’s proudest moments before she passed away two years ago.

 

Now 24 years old, Gavin works as a general practitioner at the San Myshuno Hospital but dreams of advancing in his career and moving himself and his brothers out of their old home.

 

Some people still struggle to grasp the difference between gender identity and sexual orientation—but Gavin doesn’t waste time educating them. He is a proud trans man and openly gay, never once doubting who he is or what he wants. Confident and ambitious, he knows exactly where he’s going in life.

 

Nathan Xavier

 

 

 

The youngest of the three. If looks can be deceiving, Nathan, or Nate, as his friends call him, is the perfect example of that. With his lean build and nerdy, boy-next-door appearance, he might seem like the quiet, bookish type—but he’s anything but fragile. Hot-headed, stubborn, and fiercely loyal, Nathan watches over his brothers like a guard dog. He’s never been one to back down from a fight and has always surrounded himself with, let’s say, questionable company.

 

At 18, he hit his first major roadblock—he was arrested for selling illegal substances to students at Foxbury University, where he was studying Computer Science at the time. Liam and Gavin had to scrape together money to bail him out.

 

These days, Nate bounces between odd jobs. His longest-running gig is as a pizza delivery guy, though his brothers have no idea he’s also been taking on some “side jobs” for the notorious La Cosa Simstra.

 

A little lazy, a bit of a slob, and far from organized, Nathan isn’t the easiest person to live with. But when it comes to dating, that’s the one thing he puts effort into. He’s never without a girlfriend—and sometimes, more than one at a time.

 

 

Considerations and Terms of Use:

 

You can download and use the Sim for any purpose. However, do not upload it to The Sims 4 Gallery or any other hosting site/tool as if it were your own.

 

I do not create the Custom Content used in this Sim. However, the files retain the names of their respective creators. This allows you to find more content from them, or even updates, when necessary.

 

Among the files for download, there will be an item marked as '+18.' It will contain content that is only useful if you intend to use the Sim for the proposed purpose. Downloading this file is entirely optional and does not affect your gameplay.

DOWNLOAD AND INSTALLATION OF THE SIM

• Click on the attached links to start the download.

• The files will be compressed. Extract them.

• The extracted folder named "Tray" contains the files that should be moved to the Tray folder of your game. Be careful not to place any strange files or unaccepted formats in it. Move only what is inside the mentioned folder.

• The custom content files will be inside the folders titled "Mods." They should therefore be moved to the Mods folder of your TS4. There is no problem placing everything in a subfolder for better organization.

• To set up the "member," you will need to access the body customization options in Wicked Whims. This is also where you will add the item "Vagina for Males" for Gavin. It will appear listed under the "Lower Male Body" options in the Body Selector > Body Parts menu within Wicked Whims. Do this if your game loads Gavin without the female organ.
  [I also recommend assigning Gavin the "Female" gender function in the customization settings so that the animations properly adjust to the absence of a phallic member.]

• Remember to enable the display of custom content. Both in the game settings and in the search for content in the Gallery. It will appear in your Library if it has been properly installed.
