The outfit is Kreiste's Culinarian Outfit, and it is for cbbe. so it could be any of the base cbbe body presets. It could even be a custom one.

No, and it's going to be impossible to tell. The video is too dark, the angles make it even more difficult. The face is the one thing the video never focuses on. Chances are the preset is private and not available to download, as not everyone shares their presets.
