Display of a wristwatch in the 1st person view

The wedding ring is on slot or index 21. I always get them mixed up. The watch from the Casio mod is also on slot 21. So I can only wear the watch or the ring.

 

So I had the idea of changing the slot on the watch. I tried slots 25, 26 and 27. In the 3rd person I can now see the ring and the watch together on my hand. However, I can no longer read the time in the 1st person because the watch is invisible. If I put the watch back on slot 21, everything is normal.

Does anyone have any idea what could be wrong?
