KW sims "destroyed" on save reload and Invalid NPC SimDescription found

Why is this happening? Is it Sims 3 or KW and why does it happen? Extremely annoying.

This is an old topic now, but I ran into the same problem whilst visiting France and later as well visiting Oasis Landing. I think the problem is with NRAAS Register mod, because the Peeping Tom was causing issues in particular (and I figured the other NPCs would as well). So whilst I first attempted to reset everything, it didn't solve the issue in France. I  backed out of that save just in case. 

 

Later, in Oasis Landing, I figured if I turn off the Peeping Tom, it might resolve it. It was giving me errors regarding him specifically. And it might've. I haven't had these errors for the duration that I stayed there. 

 

I'm new to KW and just recently started Sims 3 again, so I'm not a seasoned veteran or anything. All I know is that NRAAS and KW conflict on some levels.
