Some guideance regarding OCBPC

Im really new regarding adding mods of physics in fallout and im quite lost trying to figure out how to install ocbpc and make it working for bodytalk 3 (males), i have cbbe for females but i only care about adding physics to the male bodies, tried to search for guides but i only see stuff regarding female bodies.

 

What do i need: "OCBPC-0.3-CBBE" or "OCBPC-0.3-ZeX4"? and ppl, also the ppl that made bodytalk 3, said to use a preset from "MTM 3BBB CBP OCBP OCBPC Physics Preset" but what preset do i choose?

 

Im sorry if this is obvious for some ppl but im really lost xD i only have experience in skyrim physic mods so pls help me a bit
