A couple of problems.

I'm currently rebuilding my modding setup, and everything is going smoothly save for a couple of problems.

 

First, a couple of sliders in Photo Mode aren't working. They adjust where the eyes are looking (left, right, up, down), but they don't work. They do in RaceMenu, as shown below.

 

 

 

Second, I'm having this weird lighting effect with an outfit. The glowing necklace looks like a movie effect from the 80s.

 

 

This one may be caused by the ENB preset I'm using because this didn't happen before.

 

If I could get some assistance with these issues, I'd appreciate it.

I haven't used Photo Mode in a while (I'm using Screen Archer Menu now) but I had the same issue, sometimes expressions aren't working because something is overwriting them (like a headtracking mod)
As for your ENB problem, good luck with that, I can't help since I'm using CS
