Mods that delete the Atomic Wrangler crier

There are at least two mods on Nexus that do what the topic title says. My thing here is not about the mods (like all reasonable people,, I don't care who does what to their computer game). My beef is with some of the comments on Nexus. The voice actor for the character was evidently under 18 at the time, and the subject matter of the character's "crying" is adult. And some of the comments are along the lines of "I had no idea she was under 18 when she recorded the lines. This is horrible. I am never playing New Vegas again without this mod." I noted that apparently none of the commenters had ever seen Taxi Driver (in which a 12-year old Jodie Foster plays a prostitute). Someone suggested that Bethesda and/or Obsidian and/or whoever should re-record the lines with an adult VA. My comment to that was that if Bethesda wanted to go that route, they could just have the same person re-record them, since she is no doubt over 18 now. And why would that make any kind of a difference?

 

I wonder if there is a mod that eliminates the Kid Kidnapper quest from Fallout 3 and if there, is do or would these same people install it?
