Nipple and Vagina GREY

Hello everyone, could someone help me with this problem? For some reason, after the last update, some parts of my sim's body got this grey appearance on the nipples and vagina of some sims. It's strange because not all body parts are like this, could someone help me? Example photo:

 

Edit1: I already have the "extra skin tone" file and I use the default body parts of the old Magic Bot and current MADMAN

Hello, to solve the problem first you have to save the sim that presents the error and then download the program: "sims 4 tray importer" so that the program shows you which mod is using the sim that you saved, then you have to find the mod and delete it.
