Searching for TV MOD Fallout 4

Hello all,

a perhaps stupid question. Many Years ago i have found a mod for fallout 4 that shows a TV at the login Screen.

The Videos shown on this TV are with lets say very very young charakters.

Someone know this MOD and is it still available ?
