Possible Elite Campaign, where instead of being Master Chief, you play as an Elite in his shoes? Halo MCC Mod

Dumb question and idea, but is it possible for someone to make a Halo CE mod where instead of playing as Master Chief, you play as an elite in his shoes? I know a previous modder by the username of "Iceelite" on moddb did this and the mod was called "Elite Campaign", but the mod is sadly outdated and not playable anymore. On top of that, the entire mod itself only had a handful of maps and wasn't actually complete with all ten levels.

 

I'm not asking for much. I'm just asking for Master Chief to be replaced with an elite I could play as for all ten levels. (If it's possible of course :<)
