Solution please for ground animations

It doesn't let me make animations on the floor, my sims are young, I don't know if it's because of that or they have to be older and are not busy

Is it only on the floor they can't have sex? If so, it's not an age issue. Are you able to select any floor animations at all for them and they just don't do them (sometimes my Sims do this when they've got things in their interaction queue, so I have to cancel what they're doing and try again), or are you unable to even choose an animation? Are you sure you have animation packs installed that should allow this? (I think most include floor interactions anyway, but if your Sims are both male or both female there's fewer animations for such couples as far as I've seen so you might just not have any valid ones)
