I've mixed-and-matched body mods from SMSims, Wild_guy, Simdulgence, Supern4tural, Noir, and others, and I've made some pretty decent looking sims. But always with the understanding that the game's 3D rendering engine is only designed to do what it does, and it was never intended to be a 3D sex simulator.

 

The old sayings, "You can't put lipstick on a pig", or "You can't polish a turd" come to mind. The folks I mentioned (among many, many others) achieve a level of realism that is actually pretty good if you take into account what EA has given them to work with, which isn't much. If you're looking for Daz3D Studio level quality, you may have the bar set a little high.
