My Sims can't use the bondage stuff

I have just downloaded some WW mods and I was about to use the Bondage cross thing for the first time but it's saying that only a Dominant can lock some a sub in. I have Dom sim and Sub sim and it won't work, can someone help me please??

I've never played with a mod that would restrict that stuff, but I know Kritical's Dreams of Surrender has lots of BDSM stuff in it. If you're using that mod, then it's likely due to that mod's mechanics. I have no idea how one would go about getting support for Kritical's stuff though – there doesn't seem to be a thread here, and the wicked.cc site is SO slow and I couldn't find anything before getting impatient lol, but Kritical does have a wiki with info that might help: https://blackvelvetroom.com/doku/doku.php?id=content:dos:dreamsofsurrender1

 

But FWIW other animators have bondage gear and animations that should work regardless of all that, unless some other mod is overriding them. E.g. I've used YrSa's and Azmodan22's bondage objects with just WW and their animation packages.
