Cirote 3: the worst GBA RPG ever

I just published an RPG I've been making for the GBA.

It works more or less like Personas: there's a calendar, "social links", etc.

 

In the game you can:

• Sell your body for drugs in the worst whorehouse in town.
• Enjoy a wide selection of porn movies to finger yourself until your fingers smell like slit sardines.
• Kill lots of space critters even if they don't attack or defend themselves.
• Destroy the lives of your best buddies, family members and other motherfuckers.
• Summon the worst 4chan memes to help you in fights.
• Skip almost every class at uni.
• Watch a few 32bit tits in full screen.

Ok after 16 hour my review

The game engine is really perfectly accurate with persona the game is pretty solid even if the difficulties is a bit more arbitrary

The writing is good some social link are perfect (the boy) and other less inspired (el Yona)

I wonder if you want to update your game and if you have the project to port persona 3 on the GBA

Even if the mechanics aren't a perfect Persona 3 clone, they're pretty close, yeah.

RNGesus is more harsh in this game since there's no level scaling and there's only 3 battle actors instead of 4. However, you can retry most boss battles ATM without penalty, so it's not so unfair IMO.

The Yona social link is my least favorite, yeah, a little too slow. My favorites are the head and the priest ones.

For now I'm not going to update it apart from bug fixes and such.

 

About the P3 port, Cirote 3 was originally going to be a parody of Persona 3. However, since I don't know how to do sprite art, I couldn't recreate the original game without too many botches, so in the end I made a new game with the mechanics of P3. Since I can't make a Persona 3 parody, I can't port the original one.

Anyway, the game isn't a mod, it has been made from scratch, so I don't think it fits in that thread.
